摘要: 介绍了荒管再加热炉计算机优化控制系统的物料实时跟踪、炉温动态优化、待轧及时处理等功能。实际应用结果表明,优化控制系统的运行能够保证各种工况下出炉荒管的加热质量。Abstract: The paper describes the computerized optimum control system built up for the tube reheating furnace,covering such on line functions as ma terial-tracking,optimum gas temperature setting,standstill tactics,etc.Actual operations demonstrate that the said control system is capable of desired heating of tubes under variable working conditions.
