摘要: 新型组合辊采用辊身、辊圈,压盘三部分组合的方式,使磨损严重部位处的有效厚度增加,提高了耐磨性。同时,各部分可以更换,避免了整体报废。Abstract: The newly-developed integrated die roll consists of three parts,namely roll body,roll ring andchuck,which results in thickness-increase of the working parts subject to serious wearing,and hencehigher wear resistance is obtained.In addition,each part of the roll is replaceable,so whole-rollscrapping could be avoided.
