Abstract:
Introduced in the paper are the process features of the high alloy steel pipe production, and the optimizing design, revamp as well as its application effect concerning the process arrangement, process parameters and equipment structure of the Ф460 mm PQF plant.Relevant actual operation practice demonstrates that the optimizing actions taken on the plant are reasonable and effective and can meet the requirements of the production of high alloy steel pipes.In particular, the optimization of the main rolling line capacity made at the design phase has prevented the occurrence of the difficulties in high alloy steel pipe rolling due to insufficient rolling capacity.
