钢管测量点控制系统的设计与实现

    Design and Realization of Control System for Measurement Points of Steel Pipe Operation Line

    • 摘要: 钢管精整线测量点设备操作和数据采集通常用工厂可视化软件实现,但是现有的测量点控制软件多采用“事件驱动”方式编程,这种方式要求现场检测信号必须准确。可以利用工厂可视化软件中常见的时间循环程序,构建一个主控循环,实现一种“状态驱动”的编程方法。由于主控循环采用“先读取,后执行”的方式使用现场信号,因此用这种方法编写的控制程序显著地增强了对现场信号的容错能力,并且程序本身能实现现场信号的全面监控。

       

      Abstract: Normally the equipment operation and data acquisition of measurement points of the steel pipe finishing line are realized via some visual software. However currently-used control software for the measurement point is in most cases programmed with the event drive technique, which requires that the site measurement signals must be accurate. The time circulating program, a common industrial visual software may be used to build up a main control circulation to obtain a "status drive" programming method. Since the site signals are used in a "first fetch, then execute"mode in the main control circulation, the site-signal fault-tolerant capacity of the control program as made with the said programming method is significantly enhanced, and moreover the program itself is able to realize the overall monitoring of the site signals.
