基于ANSYS的城市金属输水管道内缺陷漏磁模拟

    ANSYS-based Magnetic Flux Leakage Simulation of Internal Defect of Metallic Urban Water Pipeline

    • 摘要: 以Q235A钢材的城市地下输水管道的相关参数为基础,用ANSYS软件进行二维平面建模,通过变化二维模型内壁上的缺陷长度、缺陷深度以及提离值,可得到描述缺陷漏磁场情况的磁通密度曲线。通过对比磁通密度曲线,得到管道内壁在不同情况下的漏磁场分布规律;提出用于油气管道检测的漏磁检测方法可以用于城市地下金属输水管道的探伤工作。

       

      Abstract: Based on the relevant parameters of the Q235A steel pipe for urban underground water pipeline, a 2-D model is established with the ANSYS software.The magnetic flux density curve as describing the magnetic flux leakage field in a defect is obtained by means of changing the inner surface defect length, defect depth and lift-off value of the model.And the distribution regularity of the leakage magnetic field of the inner surface of the pipe under different conditions is also obtained by means regularity of comparing the magnetic flux leakage curves.It is regarded that the flux leakage detection method as used for oil and gas pipelines can be also used for defect detection of metallic urban water pipeline.
