螺旋缝焊管生产中递送机打滑原因分析及解决措施

    Analysis and Solution of Slipping of Delivery Machine during Production of Spiral Welded Pipes

    • 摘要: 分析了螺旋缝焊管生产中递送机打滑的原因,并提出解决措施。分析认为:对头处焊缝余高过高、钢板壁厚不均、管路泄漏或者蓄能器氮气不足、递送机液压系统设计不合理等因素都会导致递送机打滑;通过选择合理焊接工艺参数、修磨焊缝余高、增大递送机压力、补充蓄能器氮气、改进递送机液压系统等措施,可解决递送机打滑。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the article are the causes for slipping of the delivery machine during the manufacturing operation of the spiral welded pipe,and accordingly put forward are the countermeasures.Based on the analysis it is identified that factors responsible for the said delivery machine failure include over high excess weld metal at the butting area,steel plate uneven thickness,piping leakage,poor nitrogen supply to the accumulator,and unreasonable design of the machine’s hydraulic system.The countermeasures as proposed for fixing the slipping problem are proper determination of the weld process parameters,grinding the over high excess weld metal, increasing the delivery pressure,ensuring sufficient nitrogen supply to the accumulator,and modifying the delivery machine’s hydraulic system,etc.
