焊管飞锯测速轮跟随特性的研究

    STUDY CONCERNING FOLLOWING-UP CHARACTERISTICS OF TACHOMETRIC WHEEL OF WELDED-PIPE FLYING-SAW

    • 摘要: 根据焊管飞锯测速轮的动力学方程,研究了测这轮的跟随特性,包括测这轮的跟随时间、测长误差及接触压力与测长误差的关系等。首次推导出测速轮的测长误差和测速轮与钢管接触压力的计算公式,为测速轮及测速机构的设计提供了理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Based on the dynamic equation for the tachometric wheel of welded-pipe flying saw,a study concerning the wheel's following-up characteristics is made,involving such aspects as following-up time,measurement tolerance and contact pressure vs measurement tolerance relationship,etc. For the first time,formulas for calculating the tachometric wheel measurement-tolerance and the wheel's contact pressure against the pipe are derived,providing a theoretic basis for design of the tachometric wheel and tachometric mechanisms as well.
