-45℃级09DR钢及石油套管结晶机用精密无缝钢管的研制

    DEVELOPMENTS OF -45℃ GRADE 09DR STEEL AND PRECISION SEAMLESS STEEL TUBE FOR CASING CRYSTALLIZING MACHINE

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了经V、Ti微合金化的-45℃级09DR新钢种的研制过程及采用此钢经大减径量和控制终温轧制石油套管结晶机用无缝管的工艺。经试验证明,钢管的脆性转变温度为-65~-75℃,夏氏冲击功为日本JISG3460-84标准允许值的5~8倍,综合性能及尺寸公差均达到并超过了国际同级钢管的实物水平。

       

      Abstract: The paper introduces the development of V-Ti trace alloyed -45℃ Grade 09DR Steel and the rolling process of the special precision seamless steel tube for casing crystallizing machine by applying the technology of heavy reduction and final temperature control. The tests concerned indicate that the above mentioned special tube is of such characteristics as the brittleness transformation temperature of -65——75℃, Charpy impact value five to eight times as high as the allowable value specified in JISG3460-84 and both the comprehensive performances and dimensional tolerance better than those of the similar products manufactured abroad.
