摘要: 建立了具有较大辗轧角和喂入角的二辊斜轧管机轧辊速度、轧件速度、导盘速度的数学模型,以及轧辊速度和导盘速度最佳匹配的数学模型,为实际生产提供一定理论依据。Abstract: The paper deals with two mathematic models concerning the two-high rotary pipe mill with relatively large toe angle and feed angle, one for roll speed, work-piece speed and disc velocity, the other for the optimum mate between roll speed and disc velocity, which can be used as theoretic basis for consideration of actual production.
