焊管机组递送辊压力的优化分析

    Optimization Analysis of Conveyer Roller Pressure of Weld Pipe Plant

    • 摘要: 递送机是焊管机组的重要设备之一,为整个机组提供动力。递送辊对钢板产生驱动力的同时又因为弹性变形的影响会对钢板前进造成阻力。主要分析了递送辊压力的确定方法;在定量分析的基础上对递送辊压力进行了优化计算,通过数学和计算机编程的方法计算出满足生产要求的递送辊上的最小压力。

       

      Abstract: As one of the key equipment units of the weld pipe plant, the conveyor supplies power for the operation line as a whole.The conveyer rollers drive the steel plate, and at the same time resist against the forward movement of the plate due to their elastic deformation.Mainly analyzed in the paper is the method for determining pressure of the conveyor rollers.Based on the quantitative analysis, optimization calculation of the said pressure is carried out.As a result, the minimum pressure imposed upon the conveyor roller as required for the operation is computed by means of the mathematic and computer programming methods.
