回火时间对高压锅炉管组织性能的影响
INFLUENCE OF TEMPER PERIOD ON METALLOGRAPHIC STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF HI-PRESSURE BOILER PIPES

摘要: 对15CrMo、12Cr1MoV和12Cr2MoWVTiB钢进行了不同回火时间处理后的各项常温和高温性能试验,结果表明,缩短该类钢高压锅炉管现行标准的回火时间对其金相组织、室温性能及高温持久强度影响不大。Abstract: The result of tests for various properties under both ambient and high temperatures of 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV and 12Cr2MoWVTiB steels tempered with different periods shows that reducing the temper periods specified under the prevailing specification for high-pressure boiler pipes of the said steels will produce little influence on the metallographic structure, ambient-temperature-properties and anti-hi-temperature strength of the pipes.
