弧形螺纹套管接头的设计及应力分析

    Design and Stress Analysis of Curved Thread Casing Connection

    • 摘要: 提出了API长圆螺纹套管接头的弧形设计思想;通过有限元分析,比较了圆锥螺纹和弧形螺纹的螺纹接触应力分布。计算分析表明:弧形螺纹能优化接触应力分布,既容易加工、不增加成本,又能减少螺纹黏结的发生,提高套管使用寿命。

       

      Abstract: The design idea of the curved profile of the API long round thread casing connection is put forwarded. And thread contact stress distribution of the tapered thread is compared with that of the curved thread by means of the finite element analysis(FEA)method. Relevant calculation result shows that the curved thread can get the stress distribution optimized,and that such type of thread is easy to be processed,and meanwhile,no more cost is caused,and moreover the gulling rate will be reduced,which means a longer service span.
