页岩气开采用套管抗外压挤毁性能试验研究

    Experimental Study on Resistance against External Collapse of Shale Gas Casing

    • 摘要: 通过实物试验和有限元分析方法,研究页岩气套管在不同工况条件下的抗外压挤毁性能及主要变形形貌。研究发现,套管抗外压挤毁性能随狗腿度和局部缺欠程度的增加而降低;有限元分析的变形形貌与实际损坏形貌相同,有限元计算分析结果与实物试验具有较高的一致性。对现有试验设备无法挤毁的厚壁管,可采用有限元方法进行挤毁试验仿真分析。

       

      Abstract: The resistance against external collapse and main deformation morphology of the shale gas casing under different working conditions are studied by the full-scale test and the finite element analysis(FEA).The results show that the bearing capacity decreases with the increase of the dog leg degree and the local defect degree,and the deformation morphology resulting from the FEA is the same as the actual damage morphology;and the FEA result has a high consistency with that of the full-scale test.For the heavy-wall pipe which can not be collapsed with the existing test equipment,the FEA method may be used to conduct the simulation analysis of the collapse test.
