Abstract: A new spstem of process parameters for round tube cold-drawn,with OD reduction coefficient KD and wall-thickness reduction coefficient Ks taken as key data,is recommended and the non-uniform circumferential formation is analysed using the efficients K_D and K_s and the relationship between the cold-drawing process and the residual stress б_θ on tubes being non-uniformly formed is obtained.
