CPE机组生产不锈钢管及钛合金管的工艺探讨

    Discussion on Manufacturing Process of CPE Mill for Stainless Steel Tube and Titanium Alloy Tube

    • 摘要: 使用三辊穿孔机的CPE机组不仅可以实现小批量、多品种的生产要求,而且还可以生产不锈钢管及钛合金管。对比分析CPE机组的工艺组成,并就如何做好不锈钢及钛合金管生产的细节问题进行论述。实践证明:相比二辊穿孔机,三辊穿孔机变形更合理,不容易发生穿不透现象,毛管不容易产生划伤;CPE机组在生产不锈钢管及钛合金管方面有一定的优势;用CPE机组生产不锈钢管及钛合金管的难点是解决加热、润滑等工艺问题;用现有的连轧管机组一样可以生产不锈钢管及钛合金管,但定(减)径工序不易采用大变形量且工具磨损严重。

       

      Abstract: A CPE mill equipped with 3-roll piercer can not only produce in small batchs and various varieties,but also produce stainless steel tubes and titanium alloy tubes.The process arrangement for CPE mill as well as the details for a good production of stainless steel tubes and titanium alloy tubes are compared,analyzed and discussed.The practice leads to the following conclusions.Comparing to a 2-roll piercer,a 3-roll piercer has better deformation,less proboability of un-penetrated shells and less cuts on shells.CPE mill has certian advantages in the production of stainless steel tubes and titanium alloy tubes.The difficulties in producing stainless steel tubes and titanium alloy tubes with CPE mill are some technical problems like heating and lubricating etc..The current mandrel pipe mill is capable of producing stainless steel tubes and titanium alloy tubes,but it is difficult to use large deformation amount in the sizing (reducing) procedure,and also the abrasion of the tools are quite serious.
