穿孔过程中顶头的三维热力耦合分析

    Analys is of 3D Thermal Coupling of Piercing Plug During Operation

    • 摘要: 应用大型非线性有限元分析软件对顶头在实心圆管坯二辊斜轧穿孔过程中的受力状态进行了三维热力耦合模拟。重点研究了热力耦合情况下表面应力分布模型,同时也对顶头的失效机理、材料模型、传热边界条件等进行了分析。模拟结果和实验结果相吻合。

       

      Abstract: With a large-scale non-linear FE analysis software,a 3D thermal coupling simulation of the loading state of the two-high rotary piercer plug during piercing the round billet is conducted,focusing on the model of surface stress distribution under thermal coupling condition and also covering analyses of other facets concerning the plug such as failure mechanism,material model and thermal transmission boundary conditions,etc.The result of the said simulation is in compliance with that of relevant experiment.
