冷却速度对SA106C锅炉用碳素无缝钢管带状组织的影响

    Effect by Cooling Rate on Banded Structure of SA106C Seamless Carbon Steel Boiler Pipe

    • 摘要: 介绍SA106C锅炉用碳素无缝钢管端部冷却试验的过程和结果,分析正火后冷却速度对碳素钢管带状组织的影响,以及带状组织的产生机理;通过对CCT曲线中的硬度与冷却速度的回归分析,发现冷却速度与带状组织的关系。试验结果表明,SA106C锅炉用碳素无缝钢管冷却速度达到1.40~3.89℃/s时,可以得到铁素体+珠光体组织,同时带状组织级别为0~3级,可以满足标准及用户的要求。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the article are the process and result of the cooling test as made to the end of the SA106C seamless carbon steel pipe. Also analyzed is the effect by the cooling rate on the banded structure of the normalized carbon steel pipe,and the generation mechanism of the banded structure. The relationship between the hardness and the cooling rate is identified via the regressive analysis of the hardness and cooling rate as indicated in the CCT curve. The test result shows that when the cooling rate of the said carbon steel boiler pipe gets to 1.40~3.89 ℃/s,the structure of ferrite+pearlite structure is obtained,while the level of the banded structure is 0~3 grade,which meets the requirements as specified under applicable standard and by the customer.
