Abstract: Investigations are made into characteristics of and the causes for abnormality of the typical rolling force curve as occurring in the rolling process of the Φ250 mm MPM plant located at TPCO.As a result,relevant preventative actions and adjustment measures are proposed,and the solution for the existing faults are worked out to ensure smooth performance of the said production line.
