除氧化物剂和芯棒润滑对热连轧无缝钢管产生内结疤缺陷的影响分析

    Analysis of Influence by Deoxidant and Mandrel Lubrication on Development of Defective Inner Scar of Seamless Steel Pipe Hot-rolled with Mandrel Mill

    • 摘要: 内结疤缺陷是热连轧无缝钢管生产过程中产生的严重缺陷之一,直接影响到钢管的一次合格率和成材率。喷吹除氧化物剂是去除热连轧无缝钢管毛管内壁氧化铁皮的有效措施,但同时也可能导致内结疤缺陷的产生。分析了热连轧无缝钢管内结疤产生的原因,着重从除氧化物剂及其喷吹工艺参数方面提出了预防内结疤缺陷产生的措施。

       

      Abstract: Regarded as one of the major defects of mandrel mill-made seamless steel pipes as developed during the rolling process, the defective inner surface scar is directly related to the product primary qualification rate and the yield. The deoxidant-purging process acts as an effective measure for removing inner surface scale of the shell, whereas it could at the same time lead to development of the said defective inner surface scar. Analyzed here in the paper are the causes for the scar. Accordingly, preventative actions are proposed mainly based on the deoxidant itself and the technological parameters of the purging process
