一种兼具冲孔功能的液压打头砧模的改进

    A Modified Hydraulic Heading Anvil Combined with Punching Function

    • 摘要: 针对毛管打头后进行人工冲孔的缺点,通过改进毛管打头用上、下砧模的结构及材料,设计出一种兼具冲孔功能的液压打头砧模,实现了毛管热态打头与冲孔的同步完成。实践证明:改进后的液压打头砧模不仅减少了生产成本,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,而且使毛管头部成型更加稳定、优良,保证了钢管的内表面质量。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the disadvantages staying with the process of manual punching of headed shell,a modified hydraulic heading anvil with punching function is designed by means of changing the conventional shell-heading device’s material and its structure as composed with upper and lower anvils.Thanks to the modification,two operation steps,i.e.,hot-heading and punching of the shell are combined into just one process,and performed at the same time.Relevant actual operation shows that the said modified heading anvil device is in possession of such advantages as lower operation cost,reduced labor intensity,higher productivity,and more consistent and better formation of the shell head which ensures satisfactory inner surface quality of the pipe.
