摘要: 针对张力减径机成品孔型传统设计方法的不足,提出了新的孔型设计方法,即成品孔型采用椭圆形(而不是圆形),孔型椭圆度大于1(1.007~1.010),孔型的短半轴与成品前一孔型的短半轴相等;成品前一个孔型采用椭圆形,适当减小椭圆度。实践证明,新的成品孔型设计方法能有效地控制钢管外径的椭圆度,提高钢管外径精度,使成品孔型的使用寿命增加1/3,并且减少了成品管青线缺陷的产生。Abstract: Addressing the shortcomings of the conventional design method for the finished tube pass of the stretch reducing mill,a new design method is proposed. The method involves an oval pass for finished tube-rolling instead of the original round one. The pass ovality is bigger than 1 (1.007 ~ 1.010),and the short semi-axis is equal to that of the pass just before the finished tube pass. The pass before the finished tube pass is also oval,but the ovality is properly reduced. Relevant operation practice shows that thanks to this new design method,outside diameter ovality of the pipe can be effectively controlled so as to tighten the O.D. tolerance,increase the life span of the finished tube pass by 1/3,and minimize the occurrence of linear rolling mark of the finished tube.
