高强度小径壁比SAWH钢管结晶裂纹分析及控制措施

    Analysis on Causes for Solidification Cracking of High Strength/Small DS Ratio SAWH Pipe and Relevant Control Measures

    • 摘要: 针对X70钢级、Φ813 mm×17.5 mm螺旋缝埋弧焊(SAWH)钢管生产过程中出现的结晶裂纹,根据其形成机理,并结合生产工艺特点,分析了结晶裂纹产生的原因。通过减少成型应力、控制成型稳定性、优化焊缝形貌、降低焊接热输入量等措施,有效减少了结晶裂纹出现的频次,为高强度、小径壁比SAWH钢管的生产积累了经验。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the problem concerning the solidification cracks occurring with the X70 Φ813 mm×17.5 mm SAWH pipes during the manufacturing process, the causes are analyzed based on the formation mechanism of such defect, and the characteristics of manufacturing process of the pipe. Accordingly, countermeasures are determined and taken, including reducing formation stress, properly controlling formation consistency, optimizing weld pattern, and cutting down heat input for welding, etc. As a result, the occurrence frequency of the cracking is remarkably reduced. This experience is helpful for production of high strength/small DS ratio SAWH pipes.
