集输管线用X65MS钢级抗H2S ERW焊管的研制

    Development of X65MS Anti-H2S ERW Pipe for Gathering Pipeline Service

    • 摘要: 结合抗H2S X65MS ERW焊管的技术标准和要求,从材料研发、制管工艺及检(化)验评估等方面对该ERW焊管的研制情况进行介绍。试验结果表明:采用低C、低Mn、合金化设计和超洁净化冶炼制造的抗H2S X65MS卷板,通过ERW焊管成型和焊接工艺优化控制,开发出的X65MS钢级抗H2S ERW焊管的理化性能完全满足API标准要求,且其HIC性能满足NACE TM 0284——2011标准要求,抗SSCC性能满足NACE TM 0177——2005标准要求。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated with reference of relevant product specification and requirements are the main aspects of R & D of the X65MS anti-H2S ERW pipe,covering material development,pipe-making process and inspection/testing result evaluation,etc. Related test results lead to the conclusion as follows. Separately satisfactory to applicable API specification and the NACE TM 0284—2011/NACE TM 0177—2005-specified requirements are the physiochemical properties and the HIC/SSCC resistances of the X65MS ERW pipe as produced with anti-H2S-corrosion X65MS steel coil made via well-designed low-C & Mn micro-alloying process and super-clean steel-melting technique, and by means of the ERW pipe forming process and welding process under optimized controls.
