超深复杂井用非标准规格TP140V套管的开发

    Development of Non-APISpecification TP140V Casing for Service in Extra-deep Complex Well

    • 摘要: 分析超深复杂井套管使用条件和西部某油田勘探开发的特殊需求,设计开发TP140VΦ293.45 mm×23.55 mm规格超高强度石油套管。分析认为:采用中碳钢设计,加入Cr、Mo和V等元素进行微合金化,利用纯净钢冶炼技术,并配合合理的热处理工艺制度,使生产的TP140V套管的力学性能、高温强度完全满足设计要求;采用连轧工艺,通过优化不同轧制环节的变形分配量,使TP140V套管管体椭圆度≤0.25%,壁厚不均度≤8%;且抗外挤性能也满足要求。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the paper are the service conditions of the extra-deep complex oil well,and the special requirements as for the exploitation/exploration of a certain oil field in western China.Based on the analysis,the Φ293.45 mm×23.55 mm TP140V extra-high strength oil casing is designed and developed.Details concerning the R&D of the said casing are as follows.The properties and high-temperature strength of the pipe is in full compliance with relevant design requirements owing to such technological measures as carbon steel-based chemical composition and optimized micro-alloying with addition of Cr,Mo and V,adoption of clean-steel melting technique,and proper heat treatment process;and the pipe has high dimension tolerances as ovality ≤ 0.25% and WT unevenness ≤ 8%,and collapse resistance satisfactory to applicable requirement thanks to employing continuous rolling process and optimizing the distributed deformation amounts for different rolling steps.
