热处理工艺对GH2747合金无缝管组织及硬度的影响

    Effect by Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Hardness of GH2747 Alloy Seamless Tube

    • 摘要: 分析了热处理温度和保温时间对GH2747 合金冷轧无缝管组织及硬度的影响。结果表明:GH2747合金的晶粒尺寸随热处理温度的提高及保温时间的延长而逐渐增大;合金的晶粒长大表观激活能为234.9 kJ/mol;晶粒尺寸随保温时间的变化规律符合贝克公式,动力学时间指数随温度的升高呈先不变后减小的趋势;不同热处理工艺参数下,GH2747 合金的维氏硬度与平均晶粒尺寸符合Hall-Petch 关系。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the paper is the effect by the heat treatment temperature and holding duration on microstructure and hardness of the cold-rolled GH2747 alloy seamless tube. As a result it is revealed that the grain size of the GH2747 alloy is enlarged along with rising up of the heat treatment temperature and extension of the holding duration;the apparent activation energy for the grain enlargement of the alloy is 234.9 kJ/mol;that the said grain size enlargement as per the holding duration is in compliance with the Baker Formula,and the dynamic time index η shows a trend of being invariable at first,and then decreasing along with the increase of the temperature;and the Vickers hardness HV and average grain size of the GH2747 alloy under the condition of different heat treatment process parameters are in accordance with the Hall-Petch Relationship.
