    Analysis of Factors Influencing on Mechanical Properties of L80-1 Oil Casing

    • 摘要: 统计L80-1石油套管的力学性能、主要合金元素含量,并结合其金相组织,分析不同因素对L80-1石油套管力学性能的影响程度。分析认为:控制合金元素含量是保证L80-1石油套管力学性能的关键。控制w(C)在0.34%~0.36%,w(Mn)在1.30%~1.40%,同时严格控制回火保温时间且延时不得超过30 min,可保证力学性能的均匀性和稳定性;将淬火机床支撑轮转速提高至60 r/min以上,可保证组织均匀性。

       

      Abstract: The factors as affecting the mechanical properties of the L80-1 oil casing are analyzed by means of making the statistics of its mechanical properties and contents of its main alloy elements and referring to its metallographic structure.It is revealed via the analysis that properly controlling the contents of the alloy elements is the key to assure the mechanical properties of the oil casing, i.e., keeping w(C)within range of 0.34%~0.36%, and w(Mn)within the range of 1.30%~1.40%.Furthermore, the temper-holding time has to be strictly controlled, and the delay time will not be longer than 30 minutes so as to assure uniform and stable mechanical properties.Finally the homogeneity of the microstructure will be also assured by means of increasing the rotation speed of the quenching lathe supporting roller up to 60 r/min.
