钻杆内加厚过渡区应力分布的有限元分析

    FE Analysis of Stress Distribution in Inner Upset Transitional Section of Drill Pipe

    • 摘要: 对G-105 Φ127mm×9.17mm IEU钻杆内加厚过渡区结构在拉伸和弯曲载荷作用下应力分布与应力集中系数的有限元进行了分析计算,结果表明:宝山钢铁股份有限公司钢管分公司生产的钻杆MIU=103.7~161.9mm,R>300mm,在拉伸应力作用下,应力集中系数Kt=1.011~1.06;在弯曲应力作用下,应力集中系数Ktb<1。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed and calculated here in the paper are the finite elements of the stress distribution and concentration factors of the inner upset transitional section of the G-105 Φ127 mm×9.17 mm IEU drill pipe under tensile and bending loads. The result shows the key data of the said drill pipe, namely, MIU=103.7~161.9mm, and R>300mm; stress concentration factor Kt=1.011~1.06 under tensile stress and stress concentration factor Ktb<1 under bending stress.
