3Cr2W8V钢穿孔顶头表面开裂的原因分析

    Investigation of Causes for Surface Cracking of Piercer Plug made in 3Cr2W8V Steel

    • 摘要: 3Cr2W8V钢经过锻造、机加工、热处理等工序制作成穿孔顶头,部分顶头在使用前出现了表面裂纹。通过对裂纹的宏观形貌、微观形貌的分析,发现穿孔顶头用原材料在冶炼过程中生成的局域性的共晶碳化物偏聚,在顶头锻造过程中随着变形量的增大而导致了表面裂纹的产生。指出使用3Cr2W8V钢制作穿孔顶头应合理控制碳化物的不均匀度并充分锻造。

       

      Abstract: Before being operated, surface cracking is developed with some of the piercer plugs which are made of 3Cr2W8V steel with processes, namely forging, machining and heat treatment.Based on analyses of both macromorphology and micromorphology of the crack, it is identified that it is the local eutectic carbide segregation formed during the metallurgy process of the raw material for the plug that causes the cracking developed along with the increase of deformation amount during forging of the plug.Accordingly, measures are proposed, including properly controlling of carbide inhomogeneity and adequately forging, etc., when making the plug with 3Cr2W8V steel.
