摘要: 介绍了周期轧管工艺的基本原理以及轧制速度参数数学模型的建立方法,并对模型进行了简化。根据简化模型计算的轧制参数进行生产,其生产同步性好,成品管尺寸精度较高。故轧制参数的简化数学模型适用于周期轧管机组轧制参数的设定。同时指出在采用该模型时,要充分考虑轧件的开轧温度等因素对轧辊转速的限制。Abstract: The fundamental principle of Pilger mill rolling process and the establishment method of the mathematical model of rolling speed parameters are described and the model is simplified. Both the precise production synchronicity and the high dimensional accuracy of finished pipes are realized in the rolling production based on the rolling parameters calculated with the simplified model. The simplified model of the rolling parameters is applicable to the rolling parameters setting in Pilger mill. But the limitation of some factors as the rolling temperature of a rolled piece on a roll revolution should be full considered when using the model.
