头尾削尖技术在PQF连轧管机上的应用

    Application of Tube-end Sharpening Process to PQF Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 头尾削尖技术是PQF连轧管机具有的一项重要功能。PQF连轧管机所具有的HCCS系统、PSS系统、QAS系统和ABB电机的良好速度控制技术是头尾削尖技术应用的前提。通过对连轧辊伺服压下缸位置和电机转速的精确控制,实现了钢管头尾削尖技术在PQF连轧管机上的应用。该技术的应用有效地减少了连轧钢管的头尾增厚长度,从而减少其切头尾的长度,提高其成材率。

       

      Abstract: As one of the key functions of the PQF pipe mill, the tube-end sharpening process is based on the technical supports by the PQF's HCCS, the PSS, the QAS as well as the excellent motor speed control technology of ABB. Thanks to the accurate control of the position of the roll servo screw-down cylinder and the motor rpm, the tube-end sharpening process is ensured to be actually applied to the PQF mill, which considerably reduces the length of the upset tube end, such reduce the crop length to get the yield enhanced.
