Abstract: The brief involves main aspects of the Russia-made hot-rolling mill line for small sized, heavy-wall seamless steel tubes with O. D. range of 25-80mm and D/S range of 3-12,including the process, equipment f tooling and product quality. Relevant trial operation has shown that the process and the equipment employed for the mill line are able to ensure the mill to produce high quality pipes. The mill line annual capacity is 12 000-40 000 tonnes.
