    Modification of Coupling System of Extrac tor of Φ177 mm PQF Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 分析了Φ177mm PQF连轧管机组脱管机连杆联轴器系统存在的3种设计缺陷,并据此提出改进措施:将原鼓形齿等结构取消,将连接轴与内齿套设计成一个整体结构,将外齿轴与齿接手设计成一个整体的外齿套,取消联轴器内部的连接螺栓,改用通孔螺栓将两个整体结构连接在一起,从而提升了联轴器的整体强度,提高了联轴器的使用寿命。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the paper are the three shortcomings of the extractor link rod coupling system of the Φ177mm PQF pipemill as originated from the design thereof.Accordingly,countermeasures as follows are proposed. Taking out the existing drum gear structure;getting the connecting axel and inner gear bush integrated into one structure,and getting the external gear axel and the gear coupling integrated into a one-piece type external gear bush;replacing the connecting bolt within the coupling with a through-hole bolt which links the above said two entirety structures.As a result,the strength of the coupling as a whole is increased,and so is the service span of it.
