BG155P超高强度高韧性射孔枪管的研制及其微观组织分析

    Development and Microstructure Analysis of BG155P Ultra-high Strength High Toughness Tube for Perforating Gun

    • 摘要: 根据深井、超深井用射孔枪技术特点对合金化技术和制造工艺进行优化,开发出具有优异强韧性的BG155P超高强度高韧性射孔枪管。检测BG155P超高强度高韧性射孔枪管的各项力学性能,并进行射孔试验;采用光学显微镜和电子背散射衍射等微观分析手段,分析BG155P超高强度高韧性射孔枪管的微观组织。试验结果表明:BG155P超高强度高韧性射孔枪管可以满足200℃和200 MPa环境下射孔枪的使用要求;该射孔枪管管体的晶粒度达到10级以上,有效晶粒平均尺寸2.6 μm,细小的晶粒是保证其具有优异强韧性的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: Alloying technique and manufacturing process are optimized basing on technical characteristics of perforating guns uesd in deep and extra-deep wells,and so the BG155P extra-high strength high toughness tube for perforating gun is developed.Mechanical properties of this type of tube are tested,and perforating tests are conducted.Microanalysis methods such as optical microscope(OM)and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)etc.are adopted to analyze the microstructure of the BG155P tube.The test results shows that the BG155P extra-high strength high toughness tube for perforating gun can meet the requirements of a perforating gun using in the environment of 200℃ and 200 MPa.The tube has a grain size above level 10,and an average effective grain size of 2.6 μm;and this type of fine grain is the main reason for its excellent strength and toughness.
