摘要: 凸筋拉缩是冷拔内螺旋凸筋管的一个生产难点。本文通过实验,分析了工艺因素对凸筋拉缩的影响,给出了凸筋拉缩的理论计算式,用该计算式可较准确地选择拔制管料。Abstract: Rib reduction is a difficult problem in spiral-inte, nal-ribbed tube cold-drawing. Based on the experiment, analyzed is the influence of the process on rib reduction, and also given is the theoretical calculations for rib reduction, which can be used for more accurate selection of materials for colddrawing.
