摘要: 根据衡阳钢管(集团)有限公司Φ89mm半浮动芯棒连轧机组的生产实际,对试车以来生产中出现的钢管缺陷进行分类分析,分析了不同类型的缺陷产生的原因,提出了避免缺陷产生的措施。Abstract: Based on the operation circumstances of the Ф89 mm semi-floating mandrel MPM line at the facility of Hengyang Steel Tube (Group) Co., Ltd., all the defects of the steel tubes produced by the mill line since commissioning thereof are classified and analyzed, identifying the causes and accordingly, preventive actions proposed.
