摘要: 分析了斜轧穿孔顶头表面粘钢的特点及其物理本质;提出了粘钢判据、临界粘钢温度的概念,并从理论上推导了其数学计算公式。Abstract: The investigation involves such aspects concerning plug surface metal pick-up during rotary piercing as explanation about the characteristics and physical nature of the metal pick-up,the criterion for pick-up,the definition of critical pick-up temperature and theoretical derivation of mathematic calculation formula.
