Comprehensive Analysis Concerning Domestic Demand, Production Capacity and Pricing of Oil Well Pipes

摘要: 结合油井管国产化的发展,综合论述了我国油井管的需求量、生产能力以及价格水平。分析结果表明,我国油井管的生产能力已达80万t,具备了生产符合API标准的多种钢级、规格钢管的能力。无论是规格、品种、质量或数量均已赶上或接近国外油井管产品的水平。国产油井管的价格,比进口油井管价格低15%~93%。

Abstract: Addressing the development of oil well pipe production towards Full-China-Made product level, a comprehensive discussion is made, covering demand, production capacity and price level of oil well pipes in the country. The conclusion is that domestic production capacity of oil well pipes has been up to 800,000 t and steel tubes with a large range of steel grades and sizes can be produced as per relevant API specifications, and home-made oil well tubular products have been equal to or close to those made overseas in terms of sizes, category, quality and quantity, and that average price of home-made oil well pipes is 15% - 93% lower than that of imported oil well pipes.
