改造埋弧焊机为自动碳弧气刨机的试验

    Experiment of Modifying Submerged Arc Welding Machine into Automatic Carbon-arc-air Planer

    • 摘要: 针对焊管和管件生产中,手工碳弧气刨清根工艺影响气刨坡口质量和焊接质量的问题,利用埋弧焊电源弧压反馈原理,将埋弧焊机改装成为自动碳弧气刨机,并配合气刨工艺的试验研究,以较好解决上述问题。分析碳弧气刨的原理和特点,重点介绍自制自动碳弧气刨机的原理及结构设计,并简述碳弧气刨的主要工艺参数。自制的自动碳弧气刨机具有结构简单、操作方便、工作效率高、成本低的特点,较好地解决了环焊缝和纵焊缝清根问题,且刨槽尺寸均匀、表面光滑。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the air-planed bevel quality problem and welding quality problem of weld pipes and weld fittings as affected by the manual carbon-arc-air planning root-cleaning process, the submerged arc welding machine is modified into an automatic carbon-arc-air planer based on the power-supply arc voltage feedback principle of the submerged arc welding process, and combining the air-planning experimental research.The principle and characteristics of the carbonarc-air planning process are analyzed, and the principle and structure design of the company's self-made automatic carbonarc-air planer are detailed as a focus.Moreover the major process parameters of the carbon-arc-air planning process are briefed.The said self-made planer is in possession of such advantages as simplified structure, easy operation, high efficiency and low costs, etc., having been capable of solving the problems of root-cleaning concerning both the circular weld seam and the longitudinal weld seam, and having dimensionally-even and surface-smoothed planed groove.
