稠油蒸汽吞吐热采井套管柱应变设计方法

    Strain-based Design of Casing Strings for Serving Cyclic Steam Stimulation Thermal Well

    • 摘要: 分析了某油田稠油蒸汽吞吐热采井套管的服役行为及其失效模式;提出了一种基于应变的套管柱设计思路,基于应变的设计方法主要针对管柱纵向变形进行,其目的是允许材料在安全范围内发生塑性变形;并应用实例验证了该套管柱应变设计的合理性。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the essay are the service behaviors and failure type of the casing as used for the cyclic steam stimulation thermal well of a certain domestic oil field. Accordingly,a strain-based design idea for the casing string is proposed. The method for the design mainly focuses on the longitudinal deformation of the casing string,and is used to allow the material to develop plastic deformation within the specific safety margin. Furthermore, the reasonability of the said design for the casing string is verified via actual service cases.
