Abstract: The paper involves main aspects of the hydraulic system of the Japan-made automatic steel tube cut-off machine, covering work principle, failures incurring in operation and causes therefor, and improvement measures taken and the result thereof. Relevant operation has demonstrated that proper operation, maintenance and fully command of the imported equipment is an important part of production management.
