Oliver伸长率换算公式在X80管线钢中的适用性探讨

    Analysis of Suitability of Oliver Elongation Reduction Formula for X80 Linepipe-purposed Steel

    • 摘要: 通过对比分析Φ1 219 mm×22 mm规格X80钢级直缝埋弧焊管的试制评价拉伸试验结果,以考察ISO 2566-1∶1984中引用的Oliver伸长率换算公式是否适用于新一代TMCP的X80钢级管线钢。对比分析发现:采用Oliver伸长率换算公式,将Φ1 219 mm×22 mm规格X80钢级直缝埋弧焊管板状试样伸长率换算为棒状试样的伸长率,其换算值大于实际试验值,二者绝对差约为5%,相对差约为20%;Oliver伸长率换算公式不适用于新一代TMCP的X80钢级管线钢。

       

      Abstract: Based on a comparative analysis of the result from the tensile test as for the purpose of evaluation of trial production of the Φ1 219 mm×22 mm X80 SAWL pipe,it is judged whether the Oliver elongation reduction formula as described under Standard ISO 2566-1∶1984 is suitable for the latest generation of the TMCP X80 linepipepurposed steel.The analysis reveals that when using the said formula to converse the elongation of the plate-shaped specimen of the said pipe into that of the round bar-shaped specimen,the equivalent value is bigger than the measured test value,and the absolute difference between the two values is approximately 5%,while their relative difference is about 20%,which demonstrates that the Oliver reduction formula is not suitable for the latest generation of the TMCP X80 linepipe-purposed steel.
