Abstract: Addressing the actual pipe-making activities,the formation consistency of the large-sized spiral weld pipe is analyzed,having identified the root cause responsible for inconsistency of formation of the pipe.As a result,corrective actions are taken to ensure the pipe quality as required,cut-down the pipe weld repair amount and reduce the operation costs.
