摘要: 天津钢管有限责任公司轧管厂的芯棒预热炉采用间接式加热系统,由于炉子与燃烧室间存在温度滞后,比较难于控制。为实现工艺要求的加热曲线,采用了新型控制系统——交变式串级双交叉限幅控制系统,获得较好的调节特性,取得了良好的效果。Abstract: The indirect heating system for the mandrel preheating furnace located at the Tube Rolling Division,Tianjin Steel Tube Co., Ltd. stayed with temperature delay between the furnace and the combustion chamber. With the newly developed control system described here in the paper, the alternative cascade dual-cross limiting control system, better adjustment characteristics have been obtained,thus the heating curve as required for the process and satisfactory effecfiveuess.
