PROFIBUS-DP在直缝焊管扩径机电气控制系统上的应用

    Application of PROFIBUS-DP to Electrical Control System of Straight Welded Pipe Expander

    • 摘要: 简要介绍了PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术的特点及应用,直缝焊管扩径机的设备组成及工艺流程;重点介绍了直缝焊管扩径机电气控制系统以西门子S7-400作为核心控制元件,通过PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术,实现PLC与6SE70变频器的通信控制及网络故障自诊断的应用。实际应用表明:自PROFIBUS-DP投入使用以来,直缝焊管扩径机运行平稳,系统响应速度快,控制精度高,网络通信稳定,“死网”情况极少发生。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in this article are the characteristi cs and application of the industrial PROFIBUS-DP technology, and the equipment composition and manufacturing process flow of the straight welded pipe expanding mill.Also detailed is how the Siemens S7-400-based electrical control system for the said pipe expander is used to realize the instant communication between the PLC and 6SE70 inverter, and the network self-diagnosis via the PROFIBUS-DP technology.The operation practice shows that since using of the PROFIBUS-DP system for the production line, the straight welded pipe mill has been running smoothly, and so has been the electrical control system itself which features quick-response, high control accuracy, consistent network communication, and very few occurrence of "network crush".
