LNG工程用管材料特性研究

    Study on the Properties of Tubular Material for LNG Engineering Purpose

    • 摘要: 液化天然气工程用材料在低温下应具有脆化难、韧性及强度高、加工和焊接性能优良等特点。从晶体结构出发,分析奥氏体不锈钢钢管在超低温下韧性高、强度高的机理;比较液化天然气工程用不锈钢材料与其他金属材料(9%Ni、殷瓦合金、铝合金、铜合金)的性能;并选取了液化天然气工程用材料的焊材。

       

      Abstract: At low temperature,the LNG engineering materials should have the characteristics as being hard to have embrittlement,high toughness/strength,and excellent workability and weldability,etc.From the crystal structure of view,the mechanism of high toughness/strength of the austenitic stainless steel pipe under ultra-low temperature is analyzed.And the performances of the LNG engineering-purpose stainless steel tubular material and other metal materials for the same service (9%Ni,invar alloy,aluminum alloy and copper alloy) are compared.Accordingly the welding consumable for the LNG engineering-purpose pipe is selected.
