低Cr经济型抗腐蚀油套管的开发与腐蚀试验研究

    Development of Economical Low Chromium Anti-corrosion Tubing/Casing and Relevant Corrosion Test Study

    • 摘要: 介绍了CS80-3CrSS经济型抗腐蚀油套管的研发及应用情况;在模拟油田CO2腐蚀环境下,研究了不同腐蚀影响因素对N80Q钢和CS80-3CrSS钢的作用规律,利用扫描电镜研究了N80Q钢和CS80-3CrSS钢腐蚀产物膜的特征;CS80-3CrSS钢的管体和接箍均通过抗SSC试验。结果表明:CS80-3CrSS经济型抗腐蚀油套管产品各项性能指标良好,适用于中/轻度CO2腐蚀环境或CO2、H2S共存腐蚀环境下的油气田。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are the R&D and application of the economical CS-3Cr80SS anti-corrosion tubing/casing.With the simulated oil field CO2 corrosive environment, the regularity of corrosive effects by various factors on the N80Q steel and CS80-3CrSS steel is studied.Also studied with the SEM are the characteristics of the corrosion product film of these two steels.And both the pipe body and coupling as made of the CS80-3CrSS are SSC tested.The study result shows that since all of their product performance indexes are very good, the economical CS80-3CrSS anti-corrosion tubing/casing are suitable for gas/oil fields with medium/light CO2 corrosive level environment or CO2 &H2S co-existing corrosive environment.
