超超临界机组用T92无缝钢管的研制开发

    R & D of T92 Seamless Steel Pipe for Servicing Ultra-supercritical Power Plant

    • 摘要: 根据ASME SA 213/SA 213M—2013标准和GB 5310—2008标准要求,分析T92无缝钢管的化学成分、室温力学性能、高温力学性能、持久强度和金相组织等。试验结果表明:T92无缝钢管的各项性能指标均满足相关标准要求;T92无缝钢管在625℃的1×105h持久强度外推值为89.8 MPa(标准值为87.5 MPa),在650℃的1×105h持久强度外推值为67.2 MPa(标准值为61.0 MPa),均高于GB 5310—2008标准对10Cr9MoW2VNbBN的要求。

       

      Abstract: Based on relevant requirements as specified under ASME SA 213/SA 213M—2013 and GB 5310—2008,major properties of the T92 seamless pipe are analyzed and tested,including chemical composition,ambient mechanical properties,hi-temperature mechanical properties,rupture strength and metallographic structures,etc. The results show that the T92 pipe is in possession of all the property values up to the requirements of applicable specifications,and has 625℃1×105h rupture strenght extrapolation value as 89.8 MPa(standard value:87.5 MPa),and 650℃1×105h rupture strenght extrapolation value as 67.2 MPa(standard value:61.0 MPa),both being higher than what is required by GB 5310—2008 for the 10Cr9MoW2VNbBN steel.
