X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×26.4 mm大变形直缝埋弧焊管的开发

    Development of Φ1 219 mm×26.4 mm X80 High-deformation LSAW Tube

    • 摘要: 选用合适比例的铁素体+贝氏体双相组织的大变形钢板,通过小步长JCO成型控制、优化设计钢管焊接工艺参数、回归分析确定钢管扩径工艺参数,成功开发出X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×26.4 mm大变形直缝埋弧焊管。经检验,该钢管焊接接头的拉伸性能、弯曲性能、低温冲击性能、硬度均满足技术条件要求;焊接接头-10℃夏比冲击韧性平均值超过200 J,富余度较高;管体、焊缝和热影响区在系列温度20,0,-10,-20,-40,-60℃的夏比冲击韧性良好;管体横向的剪切面积百分比随温度的降低而减小,FATT85%低于-10℃;静水压爆破试验加压过程中未发生泄漏。

       

      Abstract: Successfully developed is theΦ1 219 mm×26.4 mm X80 high-deformation LSAW tube with the proportionally proper ferrite+bainite double phase, high-deformation steel plate as the raw material, and by means of the small JCO forming control and the optimized design of the steel tube welding parameters, and determination of the pipe expansion parameters via the regression analysis.Related test results show that all the mechanical properties of the welded joint of the tube are in conformity to applicable technical requirements, including tensile property, bending property, low-temperature impact property and hardness;mean value of the -10℃ Charpy impact toughness is higher than 200 J, which means a high margin;the Charpy impact toughness of the pipe body, weld seam and the HAZ is good under the serial temperatures as 20, 0, -10, -20, -40, -60℃;the transversal shearing area percentage of the pipe body is being reduced along with falling of the temperature;FATT85% is less than 10%;and no leakage is found during the pressure-boosting process of the hydrostatic burst test.
