无缝钢管高效精整系列技术集成

    Integration of High-efficiency Series Techniques for Finishing of Seamless Steel Tubes

    • 摘要: 针对某公司两套PQF机组加热区域和热轧区域与精整区域生产能力不平衡的状况,用帕累托法分析其原因,识别影响设备综合效率的主要因素,并据此开发出高效精整系列技术。介绍钢管收集工艺优化技术、矫直机入料工艺优化技术、探伤机垂直压辊工艺优化技术、智能化的喷标头防碰撞技术、喷标机防抖动技术及钢管漆膜自动干燥技术、钢管涂色环工艺开发技术、高效钢管打包工艺开发技术、单根给料工艺优化技术。采用上述无缝钢管高效精整系列技术后,PQF机组物质流和质量流更稳定,解决不同区域的产线平衡问题,能够稳定高效生产常规产品,为高端产品的开发创造了条件。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the problemof unbalance between the production capacities of the heating area and the hotrolling area and those of the pipe finishing area respectively associated with two PQF pipe mill lines as located in a certain company,the Pareto analysis method is used to identify the causes for the problem,and the major factors as affecting the overall efficiency of the equipment,based on which series of hi-efficiency techniques for pipe finishing are developed.Described here are the main techniques for optimization of steel pipe collection process,straightener charging process,and detector vertical press roll process,and other techniques like the intelligentized techniques for protecting the marking nozzle from hitting,and preventing vibration of the marking machine,and the technique for automatic drying of tube coating film,and techniques concerning development of tube color ring painting process,development of high-efficiency tube packaging process, and optimization of single-piece charging process, etc.Thanks to employment of the above mentioned series of techniques for high-efficiently finishing seamless steel tubes,both the material flowand quality flowof the PQFmill lineshavebecomemoreconsistent,and theproblemof unbalance among production lines at different operation areas is fixed,and thus regular products can be manufactured consistently and high efficiently so as to create conditions for development of high-end products in the future.
