Abstract: Based on the present state of 76mm diameter pipe piercer, analysis of the causes resulting, in non-uniform wall thickness on a piercer is given considering the relationship between the pipe geometrical dimensions in deformation area and the relative positions of tools which form the pass in a two roll piercer.
